Feb. 22-Mar. 25= NO MAKEUP!

so, today was the first official day that I can return to cosmetics. This little “fast” from makeup was just done so other women and girls could know that makeup is not what defines beauty: you do! So here is a bit of “before and after” action for you! 🙂

Day 9-Better Eating

I did well yesterday! I had my boiled egg, carrots/bell pepper, and cheese stick dinner. But I caved and ate a hamburger bun (weird, but I adore bread!). When I got home, I had a green apple. throughout that whole time I was drinking water too! 🙂 That plus my workout (which was cut short, but my legs could still feel the burn!) made for an awesome day! Forgot to weigh myself last night, but I’m not sure if I lost any more weight. Oh well. Breakfast was the same as it has been: Cheerios. Today is basically the same lunch: boiled egg, almonds, string cheese, and water. Always a good thing. And good grief, I am getting more nervous everyday! I cannot wait for the competition! I feel so much more prepared this time around! But I still need to work on grip strength. Right now, it’s looking pretty shabby in that area. Now I just need to find the gi I want and make sure it’s all good for the competition. Oh! Did I mention that I designed a “logo” for my BJJ team here (which consists of my coach and I)? Well, I did! And I will put it here just for your viewing pleasure!
